Made with premium 304 stainless steel, Aligna hinges are designed to be corrosion resistant and built to last. Unlike traditional hinges that allow for movement between the blade of the hinge and the bracket which causes doors to sag, Stedall uses leaf welding technology to manufacture Aligna hinges to tight tolerances so they stay perfectly in line.

At RTX, Stedall will demonstrate the complete Aligna range, showcasing its strengths compared to traditional hinges. Mark Rabone, sales and marketing manager at Stedall says: “We are delighted to be exhibiting at this year's show. Having only visited in the last two years, it is clear this show is becoming the flagship event in the commercial vehicle sector. As a long-standing supplier to the industry, we are looking forward to meeting both new and existing customers.”

As one of the longest established vehicle component suppliers in the UK, Stedall has developed an extensive catalogue of parts to service the commercial vehicle industry. Its core offering includes handles, hinges, ironwork, lighting, locks, steps, ventilation and electrical components. As well as producing products to suit truck and trailer applications, the company works with coach, minibus and emergency response vehicle customers.
