Volvo Trucks has signed a letter of intent to sell 1,000 electric trucks between now and 2030 to Holcim, one of the world’s largest building solution providers.

Manchester-based O’Gara has added four new Volvo FMX 420 8x4 rigid tippers to its fleet. The business – which specialises in demolition, muckaway and the supply of aggregates and soils – opted for the Swedish manufacturer due to the FMX’s proven reliability, comfort and driving performance.
