Alresford show
The Alresford Agricultural Show is, quite simply, a celebration of rural life and the communities which live in it. It is a one day event, always on the first Saturday in September held in the beautiful Tichborne Park, by kind permission of the Tichborne Estate and Grange Farm Partnership. The park is transformed from cattle grazing land for 3 weeks of the year into the Showground by a dedicated team of volunteers.
There is plenty of FREE parking on either side of the showground.
Dorset County Show
| The speed of the scurry racing to the worlds largest monster trucks – The 2023 Dorset County Show will have it all. Cattle, Pigs, Sheep Shearing, huge vegetables, magnificent heavy horses, vintage tractors, the Dorset Axemen and so much more!
Steam on the levels Westonzoyland Light Railway Gala
Welcome to the Museum's Light Railway Gala, celebrating all things railway! Come and join us for a busy schedule of narrow gauge fun! Lots of displays, railway rides and activities. The Museum will also be in full steam!

Lydden Hill
| Lydden Hill is a one mile, mixed surface, motor racing venue situated halfway between Canterbury and Dover offering an array of Motorsport action on two, three and four wheels.
The Custom Cup is back for two days of spectacular racing this August bank holiday weekend.

Mid Summer Steam Up at Westonzoyland Pumping Station Museum. Museum in full Steam with over 30 Stationary Steam Engines and Pumps on Display. Free Quizzes with Prizes for the Kids and the Cafe will be open serving a range of light snacks, homemade cakes and hot drinks.
