 The Spring Countryside Show is BACK!

Get ready for an exciting and unforgettable experience – the first show of the year in Dorset’s rural events calendar is just around the corner! A line up of over 50 exhibits, demonstrations and attractions are set to deliver a weekend jam-packed with fun for the whole family.

Grampian Truckshow is back for 2023, come along and show off your best customised, vintage and hard working everyday trucks. The fun filled event will keep all the family occupied with plenty of trucks to see, food stalls, fair ground rides for the kids and a live performance from a country singer on Saturday evening."

Commercial Vehicle Show is held in NEC Birmingham - National Exhibition Centre Birmingham on 18 to 20 April 2023 showing the companies news of United Kingdom and internationals related to sectors Automobile, Commercial vehicles, Transport and logistics, Multimedia technology, Industrial vehicles, Road transport, Logistics, Printing and graphics

  The local population has taken to the rally with such enthusiasm over the years that many charity stalls are erected along the main streets. The rally has grown to be one of the largest and most successful commercial vehicle rallies in the country and attracts entries from as far afield as Aberdeen, London, South Wales, and Cornwall.

 The many thousands of visitors give a well-needed early-in-the-year economic boost to the two communities and the atmosphere is terrific.

  The 2023 British Truck Racing Championship will kick off at Brands Hatch this Easter Weekend (Sat/Sun) with two days of super-sized action on the Indy circuit.

 Five British Truck Racing contests will headline across Saturday and Easter Sunday, with five-tonne giants unleashing up to 1,000bhp on the tarmac. These machines have to be seen to be believed - you'll see nothing else like them on UK circuits!

This weekend is the National Vintage Tractor Rally being held by Glenluce Vintage Tractors. 

This is a prestige event and the Club are honoured to be able to hold the event with exhibitors travelling from all over the UK and Ireland to take part in the run on Sunday. 

There are expected to be over 300 exhibitors attending with a wide array of vintage and classic tractors.

We have been nominated as one of the Charities to benefit from funds raised from the event.

  The Heritage Transport Show is a celebration of classic and vintage cars, motorcycles, tractors, steam, stationary engines, commercial and military vehicles. Joined by the South East Bus Festival, the event also brings a huge number of buses and coaches from across the South East and beyond.

 Combe Mill … a place to discover

Every Wednesday from 22 March until 25 October from 10.30 to 17.00

A Grade II* Listed Building, Combe Mill is the original sawmill and workshop of the Blenheim Palace Estate.  This working industrial museum offers visitors a good insight into what work was like in Victorian times on a rural estate.

The Mill is operated as a working hands-on museum by the Combe Mill Society which is run entirely by unpaid volunteers.
