A public MCP server, open like the site itself
HGV Traders runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at /api/mcp — a public, read-only endpoint any MCP-compatible AI agent can connect to directly, the same way it would browse the marketing site, without scraping HTML or needing an account.
Seven tools cover the whole marketplace: search and detail lookups for stock, dealers/suppliers, and jobs, plus article search. Every result is published, publicly-visible data — the same listings a human buyer would see.
Stock search
Search published trucks, trailers, and plant by make, model, price, year, condition, and location radius.
Dealer & supplier search
Find verified dealers and suppliers by name, location, category, and membership status.
Jobs search
Search published HGV industry job listings by category, contract type, salary, and location.
Articles search
Search published HGV Traders news and articles by keyword and category.
No API key
Public and read-only, rate-limited the same way the rest of the site's public reads are — no account or token needed.
