How does NTEX leverage Postrack’s technology to optimise operations and cut costs?

"We were in dire need of a system that could give us a real-time snapshot of where our trailers were. Inefficiency was costing us – both in time and money."

Guesswork costs time and money

Managing a fleet of 1250 trailers that crisscross Europe is no small feat.
Operational inefficiencies such as long idle times and complex communications must be addressed to support the company’s growth and profitability ambitions.
NTEX grappled with daily challenges costing time and money when they needed to find out where each trailer was and how it moved.

"Postrack met our rigorous criteria for functionality, interface, price, and simplicity. They provided exactly what we were looking for."

Postrack's pTag solution gave NTEX the solution they needed

After evaluating multiple positioning services, NTEX opted for Postrack’s positioning service and GPS device pTag 1.
These were installed in their fleet of 1250 trailers. Postrack’s GPS solutions, pTags, are compact, long-lasting, and specifically designed for tracking assets like trailers and containers.

"With Postrack, we now have 100% visibility on our European trailers. The result? More trips, less downtime, and a significant cut in communication overhead."

100% visibility, resulting in more trips and less downtime

The introduction of Postrack’s system transformed NTEX’s operational efficiency. The real-time visibility resulted in more trips per trailer and reduced idle time.
Additionally, the streamlined communication led to fewer calls to drivers, allowing for a more focused and effective work process.
