Its extensive portfolio ranges from axles and suspensions, braking systems and load securing to user-friendly telematics applications, including EBPMS. BPW technologies and services are designed to enable economical and efficient transport processes.

Highlights at this year’s show include the impressive BPW tri-axle trailer exhibit featuring EBPMS. Plus, its ECO Hub system, CargoMaster strap lift system, and ePower.

New for 2025, BPW will showcase its tri-axle trailer exhibit, which features three of BPW’s leading axle and suspension systems: ECO Air on a disc brake, Airlight II on a drum brake, and Airlight II self-steer on a disc brake.

The tri-axle will also bring to life the smart, data-driven capabilities of the BPW idem Telematics EBPMS, demonstrating how the system provides continuous brake performance monitoring, helping operators to identify potential issues well before the next scheduled maintenance interval, improving safety, and reducing downtime.

Following on from its success at last year’s show, the BPW Formula Renault racing car will be on display again. Now featuring both a drum and disc brake exhibit, BPW technical engineers will be on hand throughout the show to deliver live demonstrations and explain the simple and rapid removal procedure of the entire hub and wheel, which is based on a Formula One-style principle.

Also presented will be the patented BPW CargoMaster strap lift system, a DVSA-compliant load securing solution that secures loads safely and directly to the vehicle chassis. Designed for both uniform and unusually shaped loads for single and double-deck trailers, CargoMaster improves safety as the driver no longer needs to climb onto the trailer or throw straps over the load to secure it.

Finally, BPW ePower will be on display. This advanced electric power axle for refrigerated transport with dual generators efficiently converts wheel rotation into energy, which is temporarily stored in a backup battery before being fed into the system when needed.
