As a leader in trailer innovation and manufacturing, SDC will once again be demonstrating its ability to manufacture trailers to the modern, ever-changing demands of haulage operations in the UK and Ireland.

In celebration of the Transport Association’s 70th anniversary, SDC will be showcasing its Step-frame Double Deck Curtainsider, designed to support the high-capacity transport needs of fleet operators while maintaining fuel efficiency, load retention and structural integrity.

To complement SDC’s Curtainsider theme, the manufacturer will showcase a pillarless ‘Freespan’ trailer, equipped with a newly engineered aerodynamic front fibreglass pod, designed to enhance airflow and fuel economy. The EN 12642-XL rated Freespan trailer is fitted with an intelligent Electronic Braking Performance Monitoring System (EBPMS), enhancing braking efficiency and regulatory compliance. Additional features include a robust load tension strapping system, and the latest Aspöck LED lighting, offering improved visibility, durability, and energy efficiency.
