MC Truck & Bus also earned joint top spot for taking significant steps to align with the Volvo Trucks way of working, and in doing so recording notable successes with its used trucks operation, as well as impressive growth in the sales of Genuine Volvo Parts. Combined with a focus on customer satisfaction in the workshop, this contributed to MC Truck & Bus also earning the title of Service Market Dealer of the Year.
Last year’s Dealer of the Year, Volvo Truck and Bus Centre South & East, made it two years at the top. As one of Volvo’s largest dealer groups, it was praised for its whole dealer approach, which has seen sales, service and parts teams working in unison to deliver the best customer solutions, achieving great customer feedback. After delivering record numbers of Volvo FH Aeros into fleets throughout its area of responsibility, it also picked up the title of Aero Sales Team of the Year.
