Your role is to support the team with training needs analysis, manage our learning management system, and collaborate with stakeholders and managers to design and deliver impactful training solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply best practices, tools, and methodologies while working towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Learning & Development.
