About the role
Motus Truck & Van located in Thurrock is on the lookout for a dedicated Apprentice HGV Technician to join our friendly team in the Workshop. This exciting new role will see you working:Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week£6.90 per hourWhat Will You Be Doing?1. To undertake hands on training within the Service Department by working with your nominated mentor2. To observe and learn how to be able to diagnose a fault3. To learn how to repair basic faults through to more complicated as your knowledge grows4. To learn the dealer standards and undertake servicing and repair work to the standard required5. To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing6. To attend recognised courses of instruction and achieve the correct pass mark for each course.7. To always work to the best of your ability8. To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.9. To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the workshop.10.
