About the role
Service AdvisorsMercedes-Benz Truck & Van are recruiting for a full-time Service Advisor for our Dungannon depot.You will be working within a fast paced and busy Mercedes-Benz commercial dealership, who pride themselves on putting the customer first.Contracted hours of work:42.5 - Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30Saturday working on a rotational basis, (08:00 – 12:00) overtimeJob role:First point of contact for customers with substantial influence on customer satisfactionResponsible for the preparation and planning of vehicle bookingsFace to face, telephone and email enquiries/bookings from customers and passing on information correctlyRetail invoicing as requiredMaintain the highest standards of customer contact and communicationsPreparing job packs, checking for recalls and updating TruckfileLiaising with all internal departments; Service colleagues, Sales Executives, Technicians and Parts AdvisorsPartake in internal and external audits to ensure dealer standards are maintainedEssential Criteria:Previous experience in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role within the service sectorBasic technical knowledge and an understanding of service and partsExcellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional mannerStrong work ethic and good time managementExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailIT literate: with the ability to navigate and learn new systemsDesirable Criteria:Working knowledge of Kerridge Dealer Management SystemTo be considered for this role please submit an up-to-date CV to Gillian McCruddenThe salary range advertised is dependant on experience.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cycle to work schemeFree parkingOn-site parkingProfit sharingSick paySchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: In personReference ID: SADG1223
