Job details

Lead a business. Shape a culture. Make a real impact.

At MAN Truck & Bus UK, we’re looking for more than experience, we’re looking for a leader who can bring people with them.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a busy, high-performing branch and lead it as your own, driving results, building relationships, and creating a culture where colleagues are proud to be part of the team.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the branch, balancing commercial performance with strong, visible leadership. You will:

  • Lead and inspire diverse teams, creating a culture of accountability, pride and continuous improvement

  • Drive business performance, focusing on profitability, productivity and efficiency

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Champion change, leading both cultural and operational transformation

  • Success in this role comes from winning hearts and minds as much as delivering results.

About You

You might come from automotive or HGV or from another fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What matters most is that you are:

  • A credible leader, experienced in managing and developing large teams

  • Commercially aware, with a track record of delivering results

  • Someone who can engage, influence and inspire at every level

  • Resilient, driven and passionate about building high-performing teams

  • You don’t just manage, you lead, you connect, and you make things better.

Interviews will be held on the 2nd and 3rd September.

Why join the Pride?

Because this isn’t just about running a workshop, it’s about leading a business, shaping a culture, and leaving it better than you found it.

It is important to us to make sure we look after our employees and therefore we offer a competitive salary plus bonus scheme. You will have access to our extremely attractive benefits scheme that includes perks such as private health care, a healthy pension contribution, 25 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy more), and attractive employee car scheme to name a few.
