About the role

Branch Manager – Scania Avonmouth (Dedicated Customer Workshop)

Salary from £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package, including:

As Branch Manager, you will enjoy being responsible for your people, your branch performance and Scania’s reputation in your local area. You are a people focussed leader, passionate about developing your team and branch processes to ensure our customers receive a premium service.

You will play a pivotal role in Scania’s continued success as we drive the shift toward a more sustainable transport solution. This truly is an exciting time to join our business whilst we continue to develop new ways of working to best support our customers’ future needs.

About you:

Attention to detail – organised with a keen eye for detail, able to tell the story behind the data and act accordingly.
Experience – leadership experience is a necessity, a proven track record in successfully leading teams to deliver results.
