Our Apprentice Business-to-Business Sales Program will allow you to develop essential sales skills and build professional relationships. You’ll be mentored and coached by experienced professionals in the Commercial Sales Teams and encouraged to grow into a future sales leader. The Apprenticeship Programme This degree-level apprenticeship combines practical experience with academic learning. You’ll work 37 hours a week, with one day dedicated to off-job training. No two days are the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Build customer relationships: Get to know our clients, understand their needs, and support the sales team with follow-ups to build lasting partnershipsSupport the sales process: Help prepare proposals and quotes, manage key documents, and track activity with CRM systems and tools like SalesforceBecome a Volvo product expert: Learn about our trucks, industry regulations, and sustainability trends to understand what makes Volvo stand outContribute to growth: Research market trends, help identify new opportunities, and support marketing and sales campaignsCollaborate across the business: Work with colleagues in finance, technical support, and other teams while gaining real-world experienceLearn and develop: Attend structured training with Middlesex University and receive Volvo-specific coaching from experienced team membersWhat Hartshorne Group Can Offer You:We believe in investing in our employees' growth and well-being.
