About the role

ResponsibilitiesApplications are invited for the posts of Service Advisor (Van and Truck) for Mertrux.This is a full time position and will be based at Mertrux Nottingham - the position reports to the Aftersales Manager.Your main duties will include supporting and advising our customers, updating customers with progress and raising the correct documentation.The person we are looking for must have previous experience of working in customer service, ideally a vehicle service environment, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and previous mechanical experience would be an advantage.
