Customer Care/Telesales Executive - Team Valley

An opportunity has become available, we are recruiting for highly driven and enthusiastic Customer Care/Telesales Executives to join the team at our state-of-the-art Team Valley site.

This is a fast-paced role, the successful candidate will be target driven, high performance motivated and have the ability to exceed all targets set. Having experience of making over 100 telephone calls a day would be an advantage but full training will be given if a candidate has the key attributes.

· Previous experience within a customer service or sales role preferably making over 100 calls a day (preferred but not essential)

Role requirements

· Undertake customer care calls promoting the company products and services, sales, aftersales and hire, and identifying new business opportunities

· Carry out inbound and outbound telemarketing to maximise sales and profit opportunities for the sales/aftersales departments.

· Conduct various telemarketing activities as directed and required

· Update the CRM system daily in respect of calls made and the capture and/or amendment of customer information

· Use of aftersales systems for booking

· Record and pass on leads/enquiries or relevant information to sales, aftersales, hire colleagues as required for follow up

· Liaise with sales and aftersales teams and marketing personnel to target prospects and customers

· Update and cleanse database as required

· Maintain product knowledge and competitor awareness in order to increase the opportunity for sales

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and Saturday on a rota basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,396.80 per year
Work Location: In person
