About the role

Our Dealer Parts Specialist Apprenticeship provides on the job training in the dealership, backed up by bespoke eLearning modules and training courses at DAF Academy in Haddenham and Remit. The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship is delivered over 2 years, providing you with both on the job training and classroom-based instruction and allows you to earn a wage whilst gaining industry leading qualifications.Do you have what it takes?You will:Be a key role within the dealership, interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service, and customers and provide expert advice and support to both customers and workshop colleagues.Demonstrate strong relationship building, influencing, and communication skills alongside sound analytical, information technology and numeracy skills.Be a brand ambassador for DAF, maintaining strong customer and business relationships providing seamless customer experience.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire DAF supply chain, including the impact and dependency of each function as we strive for efficiencies to deliver the best value for our business and our customers.Gain an understanding of the purpose and function of vehicle parts and specialist tools with an expert knowledge of the full range of our DAF products and TRP (all makes) products required for both our customers and the workshop.What do you need to join?Applicants must:Be at least 16 years of age and not in full time education.Have GCSE grades 4-9, (A-C or equivalent) in English and MathsComplete an online assessment and initial assessment.
