Daimler Truck and FUSO FASTTrack Truck Sales Consultant ProgrammeHeathrow/Reading area£23,795.2040 hours: 08:30 to 17:00Your RoleThe Daimler and FUSO FASTTrack Truck Sales Consultant programme does not just meet the current, but also the future needs of the Daimler Truck UK network.This accelerated training programme provides a solid foundation into Daimler AG, Daimler Truck UK Ltd and all Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle products, along with a sound grasp of systems, processes, and sales techniques, ultimately establishing you as an industry respected, professional Truck Sales Consultant, with a Daimler recognised qualification.Working as part of a cohort, this 6 – 8 month course will immerse you in the world of Daimler Truck UK Ltd, whether you be joining from within or outside of the truck industry. You will learn the origins and history of our products from the beginning right through to latest innovations and technology, with ‘hands on’ experiences with our products and experiencing our industry leading safety technology. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with key staff and departments across DTUK and the Dealer network.The ProgrammeThroughout the programme, you will be set various research and presentation assignments designed to further develop your knowledge and experience of the truck sector. Topics may include:DTUK competitor analysisVehicle technologyThe history of the transport industryAnalysis of our Dealers’ competitors’ sitesTruck sales case studies, role play and our product rangeeMobility – competitor analysis and infrastructure researchYou will receive regular feedback on your progress throughout the programme both from your trainers within DTUK and your leaders within the Dealer Network.At the end of the FASTTrack Truck Sales Consultant Programme, you will complete the Daimler Truck UK C (Certified) Sales Consultants Assessment with a view to attaining Certified status. You will be provided with an analysis of their performance and ongoing development needs.Successful completion of the end of programme assessment brings the FASTTrack Truck Sales Consultant Programme to a close, however further ‘on the job’ training, and continued professional development courses are encouraged.
