What you will doYou will have ownership for the strategic business development and operations of our dealership. You will manage, coach and develop a dedicated team of technical & administrative staff (approx. 30), delivering highest standards of customer service through excellent aftermarket practices, innovative solutions and strong leadership.There are some essential components needed for this job – strong customer orientation, positive people management and leadership, the ability to manage and sustain a profitable business, maintain energy levels and apply professional discipline.You will be the driving force in building on the existing partnership that our customers currently enjoy with Volvo Trucks, Products and Services as well as building new partnerships.
