We are looking for a Depot Manager to lead our Reading depot, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site while delivering excellent customer service, strong financial performance, and an engaged, high-performing team.This is a hands-on leadership role offering constant learning, working within a committed, collaborative, and passionate team. The Role

As Depot Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and operation of the depot, including people, processes, health & safety, customer satisfaction, and commercial results.You will work closely with parts, service, and operational teams to ensure efficient workflows, effective stock control, and a consistently high standard of service delivery.
