Job Description

As a Commercial Bodybuilder, you will be responsible for fabrication, assembly, and modification of vehicle bodies to meet customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and precise measurement skills. Some welding and fabrication skills are preferred, but not essential, and the use of hand and power tools is essential.

Constructing and assembling most rigid commercial vehicle body types.

Cutting, shaping, welding, and fabricating metal(s), GRP, PER, PLY and other materials using various fixings and bonding.

Installing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.

Ensuring all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.

Collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently and on time.

✔ Proven experience as a Commercial Bodybuilder or in a similar role.
✔ Welding (MIG) and fabrication skills (preferred but not essential).
✔ Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems (preferred but not essential).
✔A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality work.
✔ Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £16.75 per hour
Work Location: In person
