About the role
A. M. Phillip Trucktech Ltd is looking to recruit a Group Warranty Administrator.The key tasks and responsibilities of this role are to:Produce accurate warranty claims, ensuring that the repair order and all supporting documentation meets the manufacturers required standards.Submit and reconcile all claims to the manufacturer in a timely manner.Ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacturer`s requirements and criteria for warranty claims.Keep up to date with current factory recalls and announcements and communicate this information with relevant colleagues.Develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and ManufacturersThe skills and qualities we are looking for are:Previous warranty experience, preferably from one of our franchises (Iveco, Ford and fiat), or have worked within a Service Admin or Workshop Control role.Good organisational skills with an eye for detailTeam player with great communication skillsDriven to achieve targetsA reliable and committed individualThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary. 30 days holiday a year, a company pension as well as Training & development.To apply for this fantastic opportunity and join our team, you must be eligible to work in the UK and be a resident. M. Phillip is a family run business that has been supporting the Commercial world in sales, servicing and repair for over 65 years. We work with world leading Manufacturers in the Commercial Industry: Iveco, Ford and Fiat. With 6 sites across Scotland, we cover the country for customer and business Commercial needs. Working as part of the Service team you would be responsible for the administration of Warranty Claims to our Franchise Manufacturers. We are looking for an individual who is organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and processes. Previous Warranty Administration experience is preferable but the position would also suit someone with some technical understanding from a Service Advisor or Workshop Control role.
