About the role
HGV Driver/Yards person – FeatherstoneSalary: £12 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm with 1 hour for lunch (unpaid) i.e. 37.5 hours per weekA new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a HGV driver and Yards person at our PDI Centre in FeatherstoneWhat you’ll do:Collection and delivery of Customers’ vehicles.Movement of vehicles from designated storage yards in preparation for the vehicles PDI.Provide primary site logistic support and movement when receiving deliveries of new and used vehicles.Provide on and off site support to all departments of the business as and when requested.Carry out new vehicle road tests and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery, i.e fueling up the vehicle.What we need:· Full UK Driving Licence – with HGV Class 1· Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not essential.· Previous experience in a driving role preferred but not essential.In return we’ll offer:· 22 days holiday + Bank holidays· Competitive employer pension· Career development opportunities Greenhous Group firmly establishes itself as one of the largest DAF dealer groups in the UK and has over 100 years’ experience in the franchised dealer world.
