About the role
A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a HGV Driver and Yard Person with Adams Morey at our Redbridge site.Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Collection & delivery of customers vehicles in the local area.· Road testing vehicles post repair.· Loading & unloading vehicles for MOT preparation.· Washing vehicles off for MOT preparation.· Tidying up in the workshop and yard.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS· Full clean UK driving licence – with HGV Class 1· Forklift License preferred but not essential (training given for successful candidate).· Previous experience in a driving role preferred but not essentialHOURS OF WORK:· Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minute lunch (unpaid).· Overtime Available
