About the role
Salary: £17 - £20 per hour depending on experience | £2000 signing-on bonus after completion of 6-month probation, direct applicants only (Non Agency) | Up to £1500 Performance bonus per year.Hours of work: flexible shifts starting between 4pm/5pm and finishing between 12am/1am.Location: AshfordReporting to the Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and service routines, repairs and testing of vehicles in a professional and safe manner. This job has the opportunity to take ownership of a fleet of new vehicles carrying out inspections and basic repairs, whilst liaising with transport and their own workshop for the best outcome and least downtime.The work is carried out in a new and clean workshop with heating, brake rollers and pits.The successful candidate must have experience working in this sector and a passion for great customer service.
