About the role

The Technician will be responsible for carrying out vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures within standard times set.Qualified HGV TechnicianDuties will include:Vehicle inspectionGeneral servicingFault diagnosisRepair of vehicle defectsRoad test vehiclesMOT preparation/presentation.Breakdown/roadside assistance and call out duty required.Completion of all required paperwork accuratelyThe successful candidate will:Be a qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three of equivalent).Have previous relevant experience gained in a similar industry.Have a full driving licence.Ideally possess a commercial licence – class 1 or 2 but not essential.Have the ability to work in a fast paced working environment.Be competent in the use of IT systems.Have a flexible approach to work commitments.
