About the role
Applications are invited for the post of Marketing Executive for Mertrux.This is a full time position and will be based at Mertrux Derby - the position reports to the Marketing Manager.As a marketing executive, you will be working within our in-house marketing department based at Mertrux Derby, with the exciting opportunity to be hands on with a range of Mercedes-Benz and FUSO product and the chance to create content for use across our website and social media. You will attend various events throughout the year and much more with this varied fast-paced role. Our ideal candidate would be creative, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn new things within a business offering many opportunities to learn new skillsets within marketing. You need to be enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and respond well to challenging situations.Mertrux invest heavily in their people ensuring that they receive the main dealer training and support they need to grow with the company.Key Responsibilities;Creating various forms of digital content across the business of Mercedes-Benz car, van and truck.Maintaining our website with vehicle listings, news updates, offers and more with a new website launching in Jan' 2024.Maintain our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.Preparing marketing material for events and supporting our Sales Team at shows/exhibitions.You will need to effectively use and update CRM to increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Build relationships to support the sales team and build awareness of our products to maximise the business potential to our customers.Skills:Previous experience using Adobe products including Photoshop, Lightrooms alongside Canva is desirable.Previous motor trade experience desirable.Kerridge experience is desirable.Be well organised with a positive approach to business.Full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous.We Can Offer You an Excellent Salary Package Including Pension and 4x Life Assurance*Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingLife insuranceOn-site parkingSick paySchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person Mertrux is the leading Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Commercial Vehicle Dealer in the East Midlands.
