Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 + On-Call Rota

- Week 1: Primary 24hr on-call breakdown support
- Week 2: Secondary on-call, focused on workshop and onsite maintenance
- Attend roadside breakdowns and complete diagnostics and repairs
- Achieve a high first-time-fix rate in compliance with SLAs
- Perform servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance both in our workshop and at customer sites
- Work to Mercedes-Benz 24hr Service Level Agreements and Block Exemption Regulations (BER)
- Roadside IVR certification
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven experience in HGV/commercial vehicle diagnostics and repair
- Strong technical skills and diagnostic experience with modern tools
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Physically fit to handle heavy vehicle components
- Good communication and a proactive, team-focused approach
- 30 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
