Mercedes-Benz 24hr TechnicianLocation: Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer – HeathrowJob Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 + On-Call RotaCompany: AGSThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Mercedes-Benz 24hr Technician to join our growing team. This is a dual-role position that involves both mobile breakdown response and workshop-based service and repair.You’ll work on a rotating on-call basis:Week 1: Primary 24hr on-call breakdown supportWeek 2: Secondary on-call, focused on workshop and onsite maintenanceKey ResponsibilitiesAttend roadside breakdowns and complete diagnostics and repairsAchieve a high first-time-fix rate in compliance with SLAsPerform servicing, diagnostics, and maintenance both in our workshop and at customer sitesWork to Mercedes-Benz 24hr Service Level Agreements and Block Exemption Regulations (BER)What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a highly skilled technician who’s confident working independently and committed to excellent customer service.Essential qualifications and experience:Roadside IVR certificationCity & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and RepairProven experience in HGV/commercial vehicle diagnostics and repairStrong technical skills and diagnostic experience with modern toolsFull valid UK driving licencePhysically fit to handle heavy vehicle componentsGood communication and a proactive, team-focused approachWhat We OfferJoin AGS and become part of a company that truly values its people.
