About the role
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team at Adams Morey in Camborne, to be relocating to our Roche site.This is a great chance to be part of a well-established company where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and supportedSalary: £30,000 per annum plus overtimeHours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Saturday on a rota basis 8.00am to 12.00pm, i.e. 40 hours per week plus overtimeKey Responsibilities:Identify parts for the front and back counters.Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.Process returns to the supplier.Process customer credits.Handle warranty returns.Perpetual stock checking.Stock receipting on DMS.Ideally we are looking for:Previous experience in a similar role with commercial vehicle parts experience.Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.Experience working to performance targets.Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.In return we’ll offer:30 days holiday including 8 bank holidays.Company sick pay that increases with length of service.Pension with Adams Morey contribution.Career development opportunitiesQualified Mental Health First Aiders.Free mortgage advice service.Free eye tests for VDU users.On-site parking (Site Specific).
