Parts Advisor - Newton AbbotAn exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Newton Abbot site.This is a great chance to be part of a well-established company, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to both our customers and workshop team.Salary: £13.77 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm plus a Saturday morning, all shift times are operated on a rota basis. i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).Key Responsibilities:Identify parts for the front and back counters.Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.Process returns back to the supplier.Process customer credits.Handle warranty returns.Perpetual stock checking.Stock receipting on DMS.Ideally, we are looking for:Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.A friendly, can do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.Experience working to performance targets.Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.In return we’ll offer:30 Days Holiday Including 8 Bank HolidaysCompany Sick Pay That Increases With Length Of ServiceFree Flu jabs if you are ineligible through the NHSPension With Adams Morey ContributionSalary Sacrifice (if eligible)Career Development OpportunitiesQualified Mental Health First AidersFree Mortgage Advice ServiceFree eye tests for VDU usersOn-site parking (Site Specific)Employee Discounts On A Range Of Products And Services Including Holidays, Days Out And Supermarket ShopsEAP – Employee Assistance Program Adams Morey is a part of the Greenhous Group which holds a position as one of the leading independent commercial enterprises in the UK.
