As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate and are committed to provide equal opportunities, a fully inclusive work environment and fairness for all.What will you be doing?Working within the parts hub teamAssistanting customers over the phone and at our front counterLifting/ movement and location of parts within the warehouse dailyWork accurately on a computerised systemEstablishing all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriateHelping and assisting in all aspects of the warehouse.Selling parts to retail and wholesales customersDelivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customersAssisting in stock checksMaintaining a strong working relationship with the manufacturerDiscussing relevant promotions and offers to customersHours & Salary:Monday – Friday between the hours of 08:00am - 18:00pm (To be discussed with Manager at interview as their is flexibility)Saturdays are required on a alternative basis 08:00am - 13:00pmSalary from £26,500 - £30,000 per annum OTE + Company BonusWho are we looking for?The successful candidate will have:Commitment to working as part of a teamExcellent administrative skillsKnowledge of DMS/ Stock ControlAbility to load and unload vehicles safely and accuratelyTotal customer satisfaction (internally and externally)Total team centered environmentBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountFree parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Bonus schemeJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person Motus Truck & Van is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely based on skills and experience.
