Location: Bellshill, GB, ML4 3LUPosition Type: ProfessionalParts Advisor – Renault Trucks Scotland Bellshill, ML4 3LU Pay & Hours£13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)42-hour working week Shift PatternRotating shifts, Monday to Friday:Early shift: 06:30 – 15:00 Late shift: 12:30 – 21:00 (includes £60/week shift allowance)1 in every 2 Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team based at our Bellshill Workshop. We are looking for a Parts Advisor who can proactively upsell parts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, whilst maximising stock availability through efficient parts stock management. This is a great opportunity to bring your existing skills and experience to a highly innovative global brand in the world of commercial vehicles, Renault Trucks.This is us, your new colleagues:We are a small team, with one Parts Manager, a Parts Advisor and a Parts apprentice. We are a friendly team, lending our support to new-comers, apprentices and existing colleagues alike. The Day to Day:Promote Renault Trucks parts and serviceCompetently answer telephone enquiries and take customer orders accuratelyEnsure invoices and credits are accurately raised for good supplied or returnedFront counter sales including managing the customer order number processProduce parts quotations for customersAccurately compile parts from job cards for repairs being carried out in the workshop.Proactive customer sales and feedback competitor information to Parts SupervisorFacilitate developing local promotional offersPick up and deliver parts when occasionally neededEnsuring product knowledge and skills are maintained to company requirementsOpportunity to attend training courses to support your ongoing developmentKey Skills/Experience requiredExcellent customer service skills, both over the telephone and face to faceGood attention to detail as you will be working with parts numbers when ordering parts for our customersGood level of English, both written and spokenStrong IT skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systemsGood team player with ability to work on own initiativeWell organised and able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFirst class problem-solving skillsValid UK driving licenceExperience of working with vehicle parts or sales experience would be advantageous We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
