What you will doRenault Truck Commercials in Bristol is seeking an experienced leader to supervise the Customer Service and Parts functions, both of which provide a first-class customer service level to our customers. This is a hands-on role in both areas of the business and also requires you to supervise the CSR's and Parts Advisors in their delivery of service to the customer and to ensure all processes are being followed.This is a 45 hour week, Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.30 (30 min hour lunch). A full UK driving licence is requiredPaying up to £38,000 for HGV experienced candidates plus BonusTo manage and motivate both the CSR's and Parts Advisors in their roles and that you all follow correct processes and proceduresTo ensure both teams follow up on enquires and provide quotes as well as being made aware of current promotionsTo ensure both teams have up to date and ongoing training to deliver a first class customer serviceTo ensure yourself and the CSR's have up to date WIP informationTo ensure the parts department is tidy, that stock is labelled and stock counts processes are followedTo ensure all returned parts are correctly dealt with, processed and credited in line with company processes.Requirements:Substantial exposure and a successful track record in Aftersales in the Truck industryTo supervise in an approachable and ‘lead by example’ approachTo understand relevant systems relating to the Service Department Proactive approach towards customer focused initiatives and activitiesSelling and influencing others to buy additional partsNumerical ability to be able to work with part numbersTo be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organisation as well as external customersWhat’s in it for you?Benefits:25 days holiday and rising with servicePension scheme up to 7% matchedHealthcare Cash Back SchemeEmployee discounts across Retailers, Cinemas, Services +++Employee discounts on Arval Contract Hire CarsWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
