Parts Sales AdvisorA great opportunity has arisen to join our successful growing team at Adam’s Morey as a Parts Sales Advisor at our site in Nursling.Salary: OTE £35,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturday paid as overtime 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).Key Responsibilities:Handling external parts sales enquiries with speed and professionalism.Accurately pricing parts and updating internal systems.Building long-term relationships with our valued customers.Liaising with trusted suppliers to ensure the best service.Maintaining high standards in customer service and administration.Driving parts sales growth through excellent product knowledge and sales skills.Ideally, we are looking for:At least 2 years’ experience in a motor trade parts department.LCV or HGV parts experience is highly desirable.A person with top-tier customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure.Organised, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets.In return we’ll offer:Employee Assistance programMental Health First Aiders within the businessFree Flu jabs if you are ineligible through the NHSFree eye test plus £70 contribution towards glasses for display screen users30 days holiday including Bank Holidays rising by 1 day every 5 years capped at 33Free Independent mortgage advice servicePension SchemeSalary Sacrifice(if eligible)Staff EventsFree parkingCompetitive SalariesAnnual Pay ReviewCareer development pathways and trainingQuarterly Star Awards Adams Morey is a part of the Greenhous Group which holds a position as one of the leading independent commercial enterprises in the UK.
