About the role

North West Trucks is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Telesales Advisor to join our busy team in Huyton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for commercial vehicle parts, strong sales skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.As a Parts Telesales Advisor, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, helping them identify and purchase the right parts while building long-term relationships.Hours:Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 5:00 pm, overtime till 7.00pm, Saturday (rota basis), 8.00am to 12.00pm.i.e. 40 to 48 hours per week, 1 lunch break (unpaid).Salary:£13.40 per hour, overtime paid at time and halfBonus paid monthly upon achieving targetOther duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.Key Responsibilities:Handling inbound and outbound telesales calls.Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts.Processing orders accurately and efficiently.Proactively upselling and promoting offers where appropriate.Liaising with the parts and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.Maintaining accurate customer and order records.Providing outstanding customer service at all times.Ideally, we are looking for:Previous experience in parts telesales or a similar role (commercial vehicle knowledge).Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.Good IT skills and attention to detail.Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.In return we’ll offer:Pension With North West Trucks ContributionCareer Development OpportunitiesQualified Mental Health First AidersFree Mortgage Advice ServiceFree Eye Tests For VDU UsersFree Flu jabs if you are ineligible through the NHSCycle To Work SchemeCredit Union At WorkOn-Site Parking (Site Specific) At North West Trucks, we are a prominent DAF franchise located in Wigan, Northwich, Warrington and Huyton, supplemented by an all-makes commercial parts operation at Ellesmere Port.
