Volvo Truck and Bus South and East are currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Dealer Point Manager for our Milton Keynes Dealerpoint. The Role:You will have ownership for the strategic business development and operations of our dealership. You will manage, coach and develop a dedicated team of technical & administrative staff (approx. 30), delivering highest standards of customer service through excellent aftermarket practices, innovative solutions and strong leadership. There are some essential components needed for this job – strong customer orientation, positive people management and leadership, the ability to manage and sustain a profitable business, maintain energy levels and apply professional discipline. You will be the driving force in building on the existing partnership that our customers currently enjoy with Volvo Trucks, Products and Services as well as building new partnerships. Experience and Qualifications:Experience of working at a similar level within the Commercial Vehicle Industry Ability to demonstrate your knowledge, skills and achievements in a successful retail and service management position Excellent commercial acumen, with superb communication skills and an ability to influence at levels within the business Benefits:Working for a top brand like Volvo gives you stability, good pay rates, excellent training and future progression.
