About the role
Service AdminWe currently have six depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland. Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.As a result of additional workload and introduction of a new franchise, we are currently recruiting for experienced Service Administrators to be based at our head office at Muiryfaulds in Forfar.THE ROLEThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a car or commercial vehicle workshop service desk and have a good understanding of the processes involved.Knowledge of our Data Management System CDK/Keyloop would also be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.The role is mainly customer facing and involves:➡️Dealing with customer enquires either in person or via the telephone.➡️Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.➡️Explaining the repair process as required.➡️Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.➡️1link usage (previous experience preferred but not required)➡️Selling additional products and services when required.➡️Call Handling and dealing with general enquires.KEY SKILLS➡️A good level of technical knowledge, ability and experience in the mechanical repair of commercial vehicles.➡️Ability to organise own workload, work on own initiative and to strict deadlines.➡️Flexible approach to working hours.➡️Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements.➡️A current full driving Licence.➡️PC skills and proficiency are preferable.➡️Successful applicants will enjoy excellent working conditions as well as a competitive remuneration package.COMPANY BENEFITS➡️30 days holidays per annum, plus an extra holiday on your birthday (after a years’ service)➡️Enhanced Company Pension➡️Flexible working hours (subject to availability)➡️Staff discount on new and used cars via our Glenford dealership➡️Company Life insurance policy➡️Health and Wellbeing support➡️Mortgage advice service➡️Staff discount➡️Referral programme: Colleagues can receive up to £1,000 for each successful technician referral!To apply for this fantastic opportunity and join our team, you must be eligible to work in the UK and be a resident.
