About the role
Truck PDI TechnicianGreenhous PDI Centre - Featherstone£12.50 Per HourMonday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, i.e. 40hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a PDI Technician at our Featherstone site.Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.Key Responsibilites:Carry out the vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspection to manufacturer specification.Record the completion of the PDI and update fleet systems.Ensure vehicles are completed ready for delivery at the pre-determined date.To accessorise vehicles as and when required.Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Special Requirements:Clean driving licence is essential.Previous mechanical experience.Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.To be able to work as part of a team.Have a friendly, can-do attitude.Tacho and Category C licence would be an advantage.In return we’ll offer:30 days holiday including 8 bank holidays.Company sick payIncentive bonusPensionIncentivised staff referral schemeCareer development opportunitiesExtensive Employee discounts on a range of products and servicesMental Health first aidersTOTM Campaign (Period Positive Workplace)Free will writing serviceEmployee mortgage adviceOn-site parking Greenhous is firmly established as one of the largest dealer groups in the UK and has over 100 years’ experience in the franchised dealer world.
