What you will doDue to promotion, Renault Truck Commercials Van Centre in Tipton has an opening for a Manager to continue the strong strides created when we opened this new purpose built facility last year.This role offers a great basic salary and benefits package with a 10% KPI driven bonus to a candidate who can bring excellent leadership qualities with good business acumen skills; a knowledge of HGV/LCV vehicle technology; good IT skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and an understanding of Operators Licence Laws and Regulations. Excellence in Customer Service is paramount to this role.As a manager, you will be responsible for 9 employees, - their workload, motivation, appraisals and welfare whilst ensuring the customer service is always delivered to a very high standard. Overall, you are responsible for the profitability of the van centre and will work closely with the Sales and Aftersales Executives to follow up business leads to increase revenue.
