Whether you’re already an expert or developing your craft, we’ll support your growth with state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly team and manufacturer training that keeps you on top of your game.In this role:You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.We're looking for:Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.Add if needed – Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.What will we offer you for your commitment to us?Performance rewards: Industry-leading basic salaries, with bonus on top.Technician Accreditation training: Manufacturer training including electric & hybrid vehicle servicing & repair to enhance your self-development.Career development: Ongoing brand accreditations and advancement pathways across Marshall.Financial security: Life assurance, Tool insurance and contributory pension scheme.Exclusive perks: Colleague discounts, wellbeing support and employee benefit platform.At Marshall Motor Group, our policy is to employ the best qualified people and provide equal opportunity for the advancement of employees including promotion and training and not to discriminate against any person because of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief, or disability.
