About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Executive to join our branch in Welham Green.Salary: £26,000.00 - £28,000.00 pa basicMonday to Friday / 09:00am – 17:00pmDuties & Responsibilities:Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requestsArrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly in order to maximise the sales opportunityProgressing outstanding orders within service level agreementsKeep customers informed about product changes, delays and price increasesArranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperworkTo provide support in order to gain high levels of customer satisfactionAct as point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implementedProvide sales team with the necessary office and account administration services to support their sales effortsPrepare & analyse reports as requestedMonitor damage to vehicles from the delivery agents & where necessary make the appropriate claimsProvide administration cover within the department as and when requiredPrepare general correspondence as requested.Ensure that within their area of operation all Company procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the S&B/Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times.Specialist projects as agreed with the Sales Manager to support the business requirements of the organisation.To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Sales Manager.Ideal Candidate:Excellent communication skills and organisation skills and the ability to build strong customer relationshipsGood telephone and interpersonal skillsMust be accurate and show attention to detailAbility to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressureAble to work as part of a teamMust be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systemsComputer and keyboard skillsMust be accurate and show attention to detailAbility to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressureCompany BenefitsFrom day 1 as a Motus Truck & Van colleague, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including:30 days holiday per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) increasing after 5,10 & 15 yearsAuto-enrolment Pension Scheme with employer contributionCareer progression opportunitiesDeath in service benefitQuarterly Awards (Leading Stars)Long Service AwardsRefer a friend introduction feeInternal engagement initiativesEmployee Assistance programmeSalary Finance (Low interest loans & financial advice including savings)Retail discounts saving £££'s at high street stores, health & beauty, going out, travel and much moreOur branchesWe operate 10 branches across East Anglia, Hertfordshire and Essex, and each of our facilities is staffed by experienced professionals who specialise in providing support to businesses of all shapes and sizes.
