Job Opportunity: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / MOT Tester at VanCare LeedsJob DetailsLocation: Leeds (Modern, purpose-built workshop)Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience & qualifications)Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pmOptional Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00 noon (paid as overtime at enhanced rate)Benefits & Perks20 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension scheme1 FREE MOT on your personal vehicle every year1 FREE full service on your personal vehicle every yearBreakfast sandwiches ordered in every SaturdayEnhanced overtime rateFree tea, coffee & milk all dayClean, modern, well-equipped workshopSupportive family-run business with a professional environmentRole OverviewWe are looking for experienced Light Commercial Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics (preferably with MOT Tester qualification) to join our busy, independent workshop in Leeds.Day-to-day responsibilities:Servicing, repairs and diagnostics on Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford, Iveco and other LCVsClass 4 & Class 7 MOT testing (if qualified)Using Mercedes Star, Delphi and Hella Gutmann diagnostic systemsWorking on your own initiative while being part of a close-knit, supportive teamWhat we’re looking forNVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served experience)Previous experience on Light Commercial Vehicles strongly preferredMOT Tester card advantageousFull UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: £35,000 – £45,000 per yearWork Location: In person – LeedsApply today – immediate starts available!
