What you will doRenault Trucks Felixstowe is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage the workshop, you will therefore be experienced in supervising colleagues along with the control of work going through the workshop and a Retail Dealership workshop background is desirable.Offering a basic up to £50,000 (DOE) with a 10% KPI driven bonus, 7% matched pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus BHs, a Healthcare Cashback scheme and lots of offers via our Works perks scheme.Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours - 08.00-17.00As the most senior colleague below the Dealerpoint Manager, the Workshop Controller's core role is to proactively manage the customers’ journey from “planning, arrival, quality of work through to Invoice / Claim closure. You will ensure that service and repair work is completed to time and quality standards and all invoice / claim documents are complete and accurate. Managing customer expectations, job profitability and workshop productivity targets will be a daily focus to ensure that workshop profitability is optimised.
