Applications are invited for the posts of HGV Collection and Delivery Driver (Yardsperson) for Mertrux.This is a full time position and will be based at Mertrux Derby. Mertrux is the longest serving established Mercedes-Benz dealership in the country, and one of the top performers.Reporting to the After Sales Manager, your main duties will include, collection & delivery of vehicles from customer’s premises, organising the yard of customer vehicles (van/truck) and to ensure the correct vehicles are available for the Technicians to work on at the right time.We are looking for a fully qualified driver who has had previous experience of working in a Commercial Vehicle or transport environment. You need to be honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and be able to drive vehicles upto a HGV Class 1.Hours: 14.30 – 2300 Monday to Thursday | 13.30 – 21.00 FridaySkills:HGV C+E (Class 1) is EssentialPrevious HGV Driving Experience is EssentialFork Lift Licence is DesirableWe Can Offer You an Hourly Rate of £13.06 Based on a 39 Hour Week Plus Overtime* at time and a half With Pension and Life Assurance.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
